We offer a restaurant service at our location in Belgentier, or for takeaway, by reservation only, 24 hours in advance, for a minimum of two people or small groups. On-site, you'll discover home-style cooking to share, unless you prefer a more elegant meal.
We also cater at any other location of your choice, for warm meals such as paella, mouclade, parillada, brasero, tajine... accompanied or not by cultural and artistic activities provided by our chosen partners.
Our dishes, predominantly Mediterranean in style, are homemade and often prepared in front of you, encouraging sharing and conversation. Our cuisine is a performance in itself. It can be adapted to all your events: family gatherings, friendly get-togethers, business meetings, or association events.

My Artistic and Culinary Commitment
Born in Toulon, I have dedicated my life to the performing arts as an artistic director, theatre, music, circus, street arts, until being honored with the title of Knight of Arts and Letters.
My second passion has been with me since childhood: cooking, passed down by my Norman grandparents and my mother. After sharing my many recipes online for a long time, travelling around Europe, particularly Italy, in search of artists and discovering chefs, I decided to create "L'Instant Scènes & Saveurs", where taste takes center stage.
Today, I combine my two worlds: gastronomy and culture. I offer homemade meals on site or outside – brazier, paella, mouclade, plancha, tagines, barbecue, wood oven or any other type of cuisine – for unique moments of sharing, whether as a couple, with family, friends or at professional events.
L'Instant Scènes & Saveurs is much more than a table: it's a convivial, gourmet and artistic experience.
